Our professional and experience staff will help you brainstorm a perfect blend of colors that is customized exactly to your style and preferences. Although our online store focuses more on fixed colors, you may also contact us directly for a consultation to create your own blend of colors and style for your shoes.
When our customers try on their shoes for the first time, we take this step very seriously. We can make various tweaks and adjustments to the shoe to fit each person’s foot shape, ensuring that you can walk confidently in a perfectly fitted pair of HTHREE shoes.
Comfort Level Adjustments
- Please make the following adjustments to the parts of the shoe causing discomfort:
- Enlarge the forefoot
- Raise the instep
- Increase the space (ex. in case of bunion)
- Add half a pad under the shoe insole
- Location-specific leather softening

- After your order has been placed on our website, we will contact you to confirm shoe size information.
- If we determine adjustments are needed, adjustments will be made according to your individual needs and the information provided.
- The product will be shipped to you once both parties confirm that the product is correct.
Hand-dyed Color Customization [limited to HTHREE stores]
In addition to the colors on display, if customers have other needs or preferred colors, they can choose from the colors available at the HTHREE stores, and match them with different shoe styles to create their own unique design scheme.
