  1. In order to qualify for a return or exchange on a specified item, please ensure that the product is in new condition and fully packaged (must provide product, warranty card, packaging, cardboard box, tags and receipt). Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


  1. Taiwan domestic transaction - according to Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, all consumers shall enjoy a 7-day grace period on product purchases (grace period starts from the day the package is received). The 7-day grace period is NOT regarded as a trial period.
    International transactions shall also enjoy a 7-day grace period (grace period starts from the day the package is received)


  1. Product exchanges only include shoe size changes, not changes of shoe styles.


  1. Customers who wish to return or exchange personalized/customized products may first contact HTHREE customer service. In accordance with the “Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communications Transactions,” published by the Executive Yuan, HTHREE ONLINE is not obligated to accept returns or exchanges.

If you meet one of the following conditions, we will return or exchange your product without any conditions.


  1. The actual product you received does not match the product ordered.

  2. The goods are damaged or defected, or were damaged during delivery. Please send an email to info@hthreeshoes.com and attach the order number. In the email, please indicate your return/exchange reasons, such as “defective product” or “incorrect product,” and attach one or several pictures clearly showing the product’s damage or defects.


We will be unable to return or exchange products under the following conditions:

  1. Products that have passed the 7-day grace period (started from the day the customer received the packaged)

  2. Products that were adjusted according to the customer’s feet shape, or products with customized color matching

  3. Shoe sole is already worn out, or shows marks of use <We recommend that you try on shoes on a carpet or dry indoor floors and walk naturally, in order to avoid excessive bending of the shoe leather and scuffing of the shoe sole.>

  4. The shoes are damaged, or in a deteriorated or dirty state, or have irreversible creases due to being tried on.<Does not include creases appearing in natural leather>

  5. Once clothing products that come into close contact with the body are opened or used, we will be unable to accept returns or exchanges based on our hygienic stance, unless the product itself is defective.

  6. The original product packaging is missing or damaged.

<Do not use the shoe box directly for distribution - if the shoe box is damaged, the customer will need to pay the cost of the shoe box NT$150 >

  1. Invoice or receipt is missing.

Return & Exchanges Procedure


• Please contact us in advance if you wish to return or exchange a product. If the product is returned to us without prior notice, and lost during shipment, we may be unable to refund it.

• Once we receive your returned product, we will conduct a product inspection - we will notify you regarding about the product status upon completion of the inspection

• If your product return or exchange is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your credit card (or the original payment method you used for the purchase)

• Refund time varies depending on the bank / financial institution that issued the credit card. International purchase refunds will need approximately 30-40 work days.

Taxes may be incurred when returning overseas purchases - if taxes are incurred, the tax amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, we will send logistics to collect the product from you and we will bear the shipping cost. The shipping cost you paid in the initial purchase will be included as part of your full refund.


Exchanges

• For your first shoe size exchange, we will send logistics to collect the product from you and send you a new set of shoes with the updated shoe size. We will cover all shipping costs.


• For your second shoe size exchange, you will be requested to ship the item to HTHREE, then HTHREE will send you a new set of shoes with the updated shoe size. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

International Transactions

Returns

• If you wish to return a product, you must ship the product back to HTHREE and you are responsible for all shipping costs. The shipping cost you paid in the initial purchase will NOT be included as part of your refund.


Exchanges

• For your first shoe size exchange, you must ship the product back to HTHREE and you must cover the shipping costs. HTHREE will will send you a new set of shoes with the updated shoe size, and will cover the shipping costs.


• For your second shoe size exchange, you must ship the product back to HTHREE, then HTHREE will send you a new pair of shoes with the updated shoe size. You must cover all shipping costs.
