Taxes and Customs
- All other international shipments do not include customs duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees, duties or taxes that may arise. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of customs duties or taxes that you may need to pay on your order, as these charges are levied directly by the country/region to which the order is being shipped.
What should I do if I still haven’t received the item?
If your purchase item has not been delivered on the specified delivery date, we suggest that you:
- Check the order status: log into your account and use the account search bar. You can also use the shipment tracking number that was sent in your original purchase confirmation email to check the shipping status.
- Check and make sure the shipping address details and information is correct.
- If you’ve missed or not seen any EMS or other delivery notifications, you may contact the logistics provider and arrange a delivery time.
